All of our advisors have advanced degrees in psychology.  As experts in negotiating complex change processes, we know that intervening at the behavioral level, while important, is not enough. Deep, enduring change occurs when we address the underlying reasons for our behavior.  To this end, our advisors help leaders understand not just how they behave, but why they behave as they do. We focus on the whole person: how they think, what they feel, and how they behave. We help leaders identify how thoughts and emotions influence their relations at work and their business performance.
